Damaged or Defective Items (Free Replacement) If your poster arrives damaged, crushed, or has a print error, we will replace it for FREE.

• No need to return: You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

• How to claim: Simply email a clear photo of the damage to [email protected], and we will send a replacement immediately.

Change of Mind Returns If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size:

• We accept returns for items in their original condition (unused and in the original tube).

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refund: We will refund the item price (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Cancellations Since we print on demand, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order has entered production and cannot be changed.
