Return Process

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 18 days from the date you received it. The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition, including all tags, labels, and packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will proceed with the refund. We strive to process refunds within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
