SHIPPING & DELIVERY

1. How long will it take to receive my order? Because we print every poster on demand (specifically for you), delivery takes a little time.

  • Total Delivery Time: 12 – 16 Business Days.
  • This includes 2-4 days for printing/processing and 10-12 days for shipping transit.

2. Where do you ship to? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

3. How much is shipping? We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order, regardless of how many posters you buy.

4. How can I track my package? Once your order has been printed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking activity to update in the carrier’s system.


ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

5. Can I cancel or change my order? Yes, but you must act fast! We accept cancellations or changes (address/size updates) within 12 hours of placing the order. After 12 hours, your order is automatically sent to our printing facility and cannot be stopped. Please email [email protected] immediately if you need to make changes.

6. I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email. Please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you still can’t find it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Contact us, and we will update it for you.

7. Can I add an item to an order I just placed? Unfortunately, we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the additional items.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

8. My poster arrived damaged or defective. What do I do? We are so sorry! Shipping accidents happen. You do not need to return the damaged item. Simply email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged poster and the tube. We will send you a free replacement immediately.

9. Can I return my order if I change my mind? Yes, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging (tube).
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive the item, we will refund the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable).

PRODUCT INFORMATION

10. Do the posters come with a frame? No, our products are prints only. Frames are not included. This allows you to choose a frame that best matches your personal style and home decor. Our posters are sized to fit standard frames found in most retail stores.

11. How are the posters packaged? To ensure your art arrives in perfect condition, we roll our posters in protective tissue paper and ship them in sturdy, rigid cardboard tubes. This prevents crushing and bending during transit.
