At Design By Artist, we are committed to delivering your art to your doorstep in perfect condition. We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your posters arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & RATES
Currently, we ship to addresses within the United States.
- Shipping Method: Standard US Shipping
- Shipping Rate: Flat Rate of $6.99 per order.
2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Please note that our delivery timeline is divided into two parts: Processing Time (Printing & Packaging) and Shipping Time (Transit).
- Processing Time: 2 – 4 Business Days.
- Note: Since our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality, we need this time to print and pack your items.
- Shipping Time: 10 – 12 Business Days.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 12 – 16 Business Days after you place your order.
Important: “Business Days” are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays and weekends.
3. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has left our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
- If you do not see updates immediately, don’t worry—your package is on its way to the next distribution center.
4. INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
- If you notice a mistake, please contact us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the order has entered the processing phase, we cannot change the address.
- Packages returned to us due to an invalid address may be subject to a reshipment fee.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We take great care in packaging our posters (usually in rigid tubes) to prevent damage. However, accidents can happen during transit.
- Damaged Items: If your poster arrives damaged, please email us immediately with photos of the damaged item and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office first. If the package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement.
6. MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Because we strive to process orders quickly (Print-on-Demand), we only accept cancellations or changes within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, your order has likely entered the production queue and cannot be stopped.
