If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you have 18 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange.
- To start a return, contact our customer service team at cs@designbyartist.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will assist you with the return process and provide a return label to send the item(s) to 11210 Bellaire Blvd UNIT 115, Houston, TX 77072, USA.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on your bank’s processing time.
